Kil/Cool Lose U15A Final

17/02/2013:  The long awaited 2012 West Clare U15A final between Kil/Cool and Noamh Eoin/O'Currys was played today in Coolmeen in very windy conditions and the peninsula amalgamation were the deserved winners 03-09 to 6 points.  Playing with the aid of a strong wind, Kil/Cool led at the 17th minute 4 points to 2, all frees from the boot of captain Ben Cleary.  Kil/Cool extended the lead to 4 after points from play from Stephen Sheehan and Ben Cleary.   Noamh Eoin/O'Currys goaled in the 21st minute and followed up a point to level the sides at the half (6 points to 1-03).  Noamh Eoin/O'Currys made better use of the breeze in the 2nd half and scored 2 goals and 6 points while Kil/Cool remained scoreless.
